Answer:        We only accept payment via Worldpay and cash deposits into our bank accounts.  If you need to pay into our bank account please email us giving us your contact details. cash@jjlinks.co.uk  (We do not accept cheques).

 
 

Question:  Do I have to live in the U.K to use JJ Links services for Zimbabwe?

Answer:  The Flower Delivery Service and Grocery Service is open to anyone anywhere in the world.  The Shipping and Funeral Club Services are available to the Zimbabwean Community in the U.K. only.

Answer:  You can find us at company house U.K and Zimbabwe.  We are registered with the following credit agent – Dun & Bradstreet and you can get all the information about the company if you wish.

 

Question:  What are your office hours?

Answer: Our Order processing and Customer Services department are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  The office /showroom is only open between 10am – 5pm.

 

Question:  How do I post my advert and photos?

Answer:  You need to email us and we will review your advert and photos before we put them on the website.

Answer:  Yes, we have offices in Zimbabwe and a very good and hardworking Team.
