Return Policy

We trust you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Most items may be returned within 14 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable and as new condition. We will refund the price of the item(s) and delivery to the purchaser.

If it is a replacement because you have changed your mind about the product you will be charged for the shipping to return the item(s) to us and the initial shipping of the item to you. Please see contract cancellation clause below.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used for example:goods made to your specification, or anything which has a permanent seal broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For exchanging or returning an item:

  • Return using a courier, Call our customer services team on 0870 350 1748 any time between 8am and 8pm.
  • We will ask whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for the return.
  • We will arrange to have the product collected at your expense (unless it is for replacement). Note: Goods must be returned within 14 days of contacting our customer services team.
  • Checklist (please ensure you follow all the points below to minimise any delay in dealing with your exchanged or returned item(s). Please wrap the item securely for transit, using our original packaging or suitable alternative as products returned and damaged in transit is at your risk – for the entire value of the item(s)).
  • Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products that fall into the following categories:

Goods made to your, any products where the seal is broken, any product that have been used in any way and are no longer suitable for to resell.
